This time of the year, when the days are the shortest and the nights are the longest I have to think about my youth. How I loved this time of the year, I grew up in The Netherlands where this time it starts to get dark around 4 pm, and how I loved that to lighten the Christmas tree and snuggle up close to the fireplace or heating. And being inside with the lights in the dark days before Christmas.
BEING THE LIGHT IN THE DARK DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS.
Going on my own spiritual journey, I started to understand how important it is to shine our own light! There is a lot of dark things going on in today’s world and that is exactly the reason why we HAVE to shine our own LIGHT. Do the things that make us happy and bring us energy. What is your story? What is the red thread in your life that is coming up for you over and over again? This mostly is your story to share…. Did you already healed this or are you ready to do so?
STRUGGLE
My whole life I have been struggling with my body image, felt too overweight, not good enough, only waiting for that moment when I was the right weight and the funny thing was… even when I had reached my weight goal, I still didn’t feel worthy enough and still felt overweight. Which also confirmed to me that I cannot find my happiness in my weight or “outside” myself. I had to go inside and find my own happy place and love myself for who I am and stop judging my body and at the end, of course, me too….
FOUND MY LIGHT
This has been a whole journey and I am glad I have found my Light, my Sparkle. I want to inspire and help other women to love themselves, and their bodies again to create their well-desired dreamlife. And this really has my heart jumping up and down! Because we are way more than our body and our body is a vessel for LOVE!
Therefore, beautiful Soul, I encourage you to please look into your own life and ask yourself the following questions:
Do I shine my own Light into this world?
What is my red thread? What is my story?
Which story does need healing and I am ready to heal and inspire others?
What makes me really happy and what would I do even when I don’t get paid for it?
TIME FOR CHANGE
I honestly think life is too precious to do the things we don’t want to do anymore, we do because of our parents, family, etc, or even worse to do the things that are actually making us sick. It is time to change if you feel like this dear! I truly wish each and every one of us will start living our purpose. You deserve to live your well-desired life!!
Love,
Brigitte
